Went to the Kirkintilloch branch to report my claim, paperwork, hire car and garage repairs all sorted within 2 hours, hire car and my car uplift happening within 36 hours of my claim. Fantastic service, can't thank the claims team enough especially Christine boyle who did most of the work. I would recommend Howden insurance to anyone.
