Upon renewal I spoke with Michael Wyse who went the extra mile when I had obtained a quote cheaper elsewhere with Adrian Flux. Michael asked about the other quote and pointed out hidden costs e.g the agreed value process. He then spoke with his manager to close the gap in costs so now I have better cover without hidden costs for just a couple £ more.

Initial contact was made by TR Insurance services who left a voice message regarding my policy renewal which was timely and appreciated. I subsequently made contact and spoke to an advisor who did say he'd get back to me but hadn't within 4 days. I then took a call from Callum who was extremely helpful and later left me a voice message with the answer to my query. I was then in a position to speak again and Michael who was courteous, helpful and professional in renewing my policy.
