I’ve insured my car for several years with A Plan. The premiums are always competitive but to me, really important is that when you call them, you are ringing a branch and not a call centre and you can speak to the same person whose name you have.
The service is always excellent and I would recommend A Plan to anyone. Thank you for a continued brilliant service.

Renewed my car insurance for the 3rd time through A-Plan. Always so competitive there's no point looking around elsewhere! None of this cheap one year, triple the price next year nonsense!
Wanted to say thank you in particular to Richard Smith at the Thatcham branch - always very friendly, down to earth, not scripted at all and happy to add in some car chat.
Really adds to the personal service and its something I really appreciate in this day and age.

I was told about this company by the garage I bought my car from. Rang them up and as I was already insured with another company. The lady I spoke to advised me to wait till the end of my present insurance and that she would contact me when my renewal is due. It was only a couple of months. She rang me got a quote and helped me decide so I got the best deal. Katie was so helpful and efficient. With in a couple of days all paperwork was sent and I’m very happy with the deal I got. Really good customer service. Thank you A Plan and thank you Katie Herbert
