I spoke this morning to Luke Hodges and he was very efficient in dealing with my policy payment in a friendly manner. I always feel like a valued customer and that my business is important to them. Rob is extremely helpful, patient and meticulous. He helped me all the way through it with a positive and friendly attitude. He is an asset to the company.
