A Plan. The best in my Opinion.
All of my insurances are with A Plan in Bury St Edmunds. I find their service is second to none, especially Darren Hayward who I normally deal with. He contacted me today to remind me that breakdown cover on my car was due for renewal. Darren is always polite and professional without being stuffy and I feel that I always get the best possible service. I would not go anywhere else and always recommend A Plan to my friends.

Why oh why did I not use an insurance broker earlier? To have all the stress and searching taken off my hands and to get good insurance with even more cover than before at a lower price, is the gift that keeps giving. To know in the event of a claim that they handle all aspects is again a load off my shoulders. So happy with service of Peter and Team Bury St Edmunds branch. I recently purchased a van, the dealer put an insurer in touch with me. Louise Fleming from A - Plan insurance (Shirley) got in touch with me, she was very polite and helpful, found me a very impressive quote for the van and went the extra mile to get exactly what I was looking for. Louise also gave me lots of information on the other insurances that they provide and went the extra mile to get a good quote for a car insurance policy for my spouse with an added discount because I took out the van insurance. They certainly went above and beyond to help us. Customer service is absolutely 100% and I would highly recommend A-Plan insurance to friends and family in the future.
