Very helpful and eventually a good offer. Despite asking for the very best price it was not until i found a cheaper quote, by £50, that I received a much lower offer. Why do these people not listen to customers and quote cheapest price. If I ask for best quote that is what I expect.. if they do this again next year I will probably move to another provider

Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and always polite. If they can't answer a question immediately, they always call back promptly as promised.
