He had great customer service skills - personable & friendly whilst remaining professional and efficient.

Back with a company that previously insured my old Land Rover Defender. It was under a classic policy. Contacted them for a quote on my new Defender and it all went smoothly. From going through the initial quote, to the cancelling of the old policy, it was very smooth. I also have my motorbike insurance with these guys. It's a very good company.
