Very helpful and eventually a good offer. Despite asking for the very best price it was not until i found a cheaper quote, by £50, that I received a much lower offer. Why do these people not listen to customers and quote cheapest price. If I ask for best quote that is what I expect.. if they do this again next year I will probably move to another provider

I have used A-Plan Insurance for over twenty years and, despite "looking around" each year when my renewal dates for car/home insurance approach, I always find they provide best value and service. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and always polite. If they can't answer a question immediately, they always call back promptly as promised.
