Howden contacted me before the renewal date with a reminder. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff found a deal that was cheaper than the previous year. Always a pleasure to do business with the company.

Having previously dealt with Howden, I knew what to expect:- professional, understanding, no pressure. I found them open to understanding my position and patient in reaching a solution. The occasionly burst of humour didn't go amiss either. All round confident that I was in safe hands.
