We then talked about our buildings/contents cover and she found a quote for me with another company - same levels of cover - with a saving of £250 pa. Absolutely fantastic ! Staff extremely helpful and patient as I tend to find clauses that I'm not sure what they mean, but they always take the time to clarify the exact meaning with the company whois supplying the cover to make sure I am happy with the policy. I have a number of policies with them and one in particular is quite a complicated one and they have always given 100% commitment to providing the exact cover I require at very competitive rates.
