We have used Howden Insurance for 30 years (formerly Aplan) and have always been extremely satisfied. We mainly use the Evesham branch and all of the staff go over and above to ensure we receive the best service and the insurance is what meets our needs.
We have recently insured a first car, Deborah Hacklett has assisted us and she has been amazing, explaining everything, answering any questions and ensuring our newest driver has the cover needed! Thank you Howdens Evesham, I would highly recommend!

We have used Aplan, now Howden, for many years for both home and car insurance, and found the quotes competitive while meeting our needs. Just as important , if not more so, we have found the staff extremely professional and knowledgable, providing a clear explanation of the insurance product on offer.
I visited the Basingstoke branch to renew our house and car policies and met with Alicia. Together we reviewed our current policies and the suggested alternatives were applicable. I was pleased to find the overall cost to be reduced while maintaining the level of cover required.
As an aside, I’m hard of hearing, and I was surprised, and impressed, to find they have a ‘quiet room’ should you need it.
