I changed my business public liability insurance to Howdens last year and was so impressed with the professional, efficient and knowledgeable service I received. When my horsebox insurance was due for renewal I contacted them again....not only were they very helpful and personable but they saved me a fair amount of money, whilst finding me a policy with a better level of cover! I shall be contacting them again when my car and home insurance need to be renewed!!

I was worried when my beloved A Plan was folded into Howden...but the fantastic, personal service I am used to has continued. We now have multiple cars insured through them as well as our house and our business. Which I guess is the benefit of Howdens as they can cover all my needs. I;ve had great service from all the people at Howdens, but a quick shout out to Taiya Irving who has just renwed my car insurance seamlessly, and saving me £140 on last years premium. Thank you.
