The continuity of the insurance is very important however getting info on the (new provider ) took some time so I was driving around not aware as to who insure the vehicle.I repeatedly requested a hard copy of the documents to be sent me via the post and offered to pay any costs involved however none arrived so had to resort to using a public computer and printer in a public library in Scotland

They explained the policy to me clearly and I was reassured that should I ever need to make a claim they would be there to help deal with the insurance company.
