I called Howden to get an alternative insurance for a campervan I was looking to buy and spoke to Jack Comer from Howden's Sutton Coldfield office who was very friendly and helpful from the start. Early on in the call the line froze and we got disconnected but Jack called me straight back and apologised.
Jack talked me through all the options available and wasn't pushy at all, unlike some other insurance companies I've dealt with. When it came to purchasing the insurance the following day I got a quote, Jack called me at the time he said he would and even delayed his lunch break to get everything sorted and confirmed for me.
Jack was very thorough and ensured I was happy with everything before closing the call. This was the first time I've dealt with Howden's and would definitely recommend them to others.

Absolutely fantastic service from Howden Malvern, Stephanie Witt absolutely saved the day ! She went above and beyond to sort my car insurance out, she was polite and very professional even with me pestering her she kept her cool, an absolute asset to Howden in my opinion, I look forward to my dealings with her in the future, I’ve been with them over 30 years and cannot fault them in any way.
