Howden were great - very helpful. Their underwriters less so - they placed a silly and frustrating restriction on my policy.

All our experiences with Howden for car and home insurance have been excellent.
Easy to get through to on the phone.
Delightful,Helpful ,Polite and Knowledgeable people on the phone .
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
A great company to insure with and very competitive in their prices.
I have recommended this company to many people.
Everyone who has contacted them have said what a great company they are.
I can’t praise them enough.
Definitely worth a try for most kinds of insurance.

There are more and more companies asking for this kind of feedback. Sometimes I just get rid of them quickly. But for Howden's I enjoy coming in to the office and getting a good intelligent reason for everything. But I should warn you that if you start being directive, 'Write this', Write that' I will quickly give up and come into the office to say so.
