When you phone them a person answers the phone quickly. My previous home insurer promised a call back after I had been on the phone for a long period but the call back never happened. As we found them helpful following a car accident which wasn’t our fault and found them reasonably competitive regarding price we decided to change our house insurance as well as both cars.

I wanted an aged terracotta floor for my 200 year old quaint cottage. My search through Google images brought me to Ca-pietra. It was love at first sight. The order for a free sample was placed online early in the morning but I had a question, so rang and spoke to Serena on Saturday morning and her first words were (I have your sample request here and will be sending you a full tile so you will have a better visual in-situ) That was a brilliant first impression and her knowledge and expertise made me feel so comfortable, that when the sample arrived I knew I had picked the right tile and the right company to place my order.
I even got to choose when I wanted to receive my order because 15.5 sq metres were in stock. Win win🥰. I cannot praise this Company enough and have sung their virtues ever since.
The quality of my chosen floor tiles, the outstanding attention shown to the customer and certainly the best prices are to be cherished and if their was an award for excellence then Serena and the team at Heritage Stone Company would win it hands down. As Arnie says "I'll be back"
