When entering the branch, we are always quickly greeted and asked what they can do for us. A staff member, with knowledge of the service required, then politely goes through the details, and without pressure, quotes for a suitable policy with the best price they can offer. It is so much nicer to discuss our insurance requirements face to face, and our preferred method of payment by cheque is acepted without question. We have dealt with our local (Fareham) branch for our home and motor insurance, and are entirely satisfied with the service provided.

Where can I start, I’ve been a customer of Howden / (A-plan) for 10+ years now and with every enquiry I have the team are always there to go above and beyond to help no matter how big or small our requirements are.
Today Reece Robinson @ Tooting was on form as usual and helped with a difficult situation with insuring a car for my son. He took the relevant information needed and dealt with this behind the scenes to allow me to carry on working, he called back with different options and went through them all throughly. I can’t thank him enough and all the howden team for there outstanding performance once again. It’s a pleasure to deal with them every year.

It’s so great to speak to a real live human at their office. It bears all other ways of doing things these days. Wish everything was as easy as this. Sadly, even banks treat the elderly like rubbish, but Howdens always treat me with a smile and happy vibes. So, I am more than happy to stay with Howdens, formerly A Plan.
