A-Plan are a very good company and look after their customers really well! Its so nice to be able to speak to a human being and also to be able to support a local business. They offer very competitive prices and support with any claims. Their customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble!

Had car insurance with them first. Then moved house insurance. Seems to be a good deal and they will hopefully look for best prices at renewal. I like dealing with a human being rather than doing all of this on line. Questions can be asked and answers given. All in all a good experience. The advisors are friendly and keen to help.

I have had two years car insurance cover for two cars and even added my house insurance. A- plan got me good prices which were very competitive saving me over two hundred pounds. That has to be good! Staff are very polite & extremely helpful, particularly their general manager who gave me personal service. Result! Am well pleased.
