I have been with Howdens for a long period of time and like the way your company operates. The agents are helpful and respectful towards their clients and most of all they listen to the clients needs in guiding you towards the correct insurance policy for your needs. However, i have requested, twice, a paper copy of my insurance policy and still haven't received it todate. In terms of price of any insurance, although, after some deliberation, we managed to negotiate a reasonable price on the original quote, it would make things so much easier if the cost of insurance was priced reasonably in the first instance instead of having to negotiate costs which I find an uncomfortable experience.
