I've been training at Alento Shrewsbury for six months now as a complete beginner, and it's been brilliant. Everyone at the club was really welcoming from day one, which made it much easier to get stuck in.
The sessions are fun and have been accessible even for an out-of-shape beginner on the wrong side of 40 (though we're all still 19 in our own minds, aren't we?). The coaching provided by Tristan and Gav is great and the atmosphere is really supportive – no one's trying to prove anything, everyone is focused on helping each other improve.

Car washed to perfection, quick easy and all round great service by all of the team at Washnow Touchless Car Wash. After not being washed for over two weeks it was looking a little sorry for itself, no brushes just pure water pressure. Very impressed and highly recommend to visit!
