First time using the touchless car wash. I must say the service was excellent. The guys there put me at ease and talked me through what was going to happen.
I have a large car and even with the guys spending time explaining everything the whole experience only took 10 minutes.
I’m a regular commuter up and down the M54 so the car picks up a lot of muck from the road. The standard of wash was outstanding so coupled with excellent customer service and low cost it was a 5 star experience, highly recommended!

Good car wash, has loads of options for the self service jet wash, only downside is the hoses are on retractable springs so if you need to reach the front of your car you have to drag the hose across part of your car bodywork which will cause small scratches, but other than that and being a bit awkward to use due to the hose reels being retractable, really good car wash and really impressed with the result!

I visited tonight to get my car washed and was absolutely blown away with the excellent customer service and the brilliant finish. I was particularly impressed with the underchassis wash and with the power of the water jets which removed every last trace of dirt and grime. The gentlemen manning the wash were true professionals and were a pleasure to talk to, I wish them every success with their business as it is a true game changer in the car wash business which is miles ahead of anything else out there. If you care about your cars paintwork take it here as it cannot get scratched, the water is clean and the result will be as good or better as what you could achieve after spending hours on your drive.

This touch-less car wash truly stands out. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness are second to none. One small but impressive touch: after the wash, instead of asking you to roll your window down (which could cause streaks), they actually open the door for you. It’s little things like that that show how much they care about delivering a spotless experience. Highly recommend!

Not touchless but the normal hand wash that you can do yourself. Paid £4 for 8 mins. The sprayers are hard to pull out (connected to the base machine), they constantly want to roll back in meaning when you want to pull it across the car you have to use a lot of force and you risk banging the heavy hose on the car. The hand held rinse function is rubbish, the water comes out really slow and based on fact you are on a timer this seems like a bit of a joke. The whole thing is a gimmick. Don’t recommend the hand wash that you have to do yourself, it really annoyed me. I was looking for a cheaper quick option. The fix would be to make the hose easier to roll out and also for the water rinse to have more power, in which case I would use this one more often.
Regarding touchless, I personally feel it’s too expensive now. I tried it when it was cheaper, it doesn’t clean the car perfect but that’s to be expected. I would use the touchless in the future if it was an emergency but would always weigh up the cost. In there defence, I understand costs maybe increasing but to me it seems like too much of a jump in price for what is a sort of a clean car.
