It was really nice being able to go into our local Howden office. The staff member was so helpful, and remembered us and our enquiry when we went back to the office a week later.
Very happy with the service.

Phone was answered promptly each time I got in contact and queries were dealt with efficiently by polite and friendly staff. Not the absolute cheapest quotes for car and motorcycle but with companies I know of and reasonable excesses! Of course, you can't really rate insurance until you need to make a claim ( hopefully never !) but straightforward so far.
