I always shop around tor insurance, but when it comes to car insurance A-Plan have always been able to find me the best price. Better than that though, the customer service experience has always been excellent in my opinion. I have only ever has one claim, which was a no fault claim and they dealt with it all for me perfectly. They always follow through - if they say they will call back, they do. Refreshingly good service.

Polite professional sales person on the phone, nothing was any bother to him, having a policy with them for 3 yrs, he looked at my other policies and advised what A-plan could offer, i changed all three policies to them, better cover better premiums, superb service, thanx a million A-plan.
