Catherine Smith was most helpful and friendly, it made the experience of organising house insurance relatively painless! I usually approach such events with a sinking feeling, that I would be a very long time speaking to a robotic sort of person but this was completely different. The bonus was that the premium was less than last year too. I will continue to use them and possibly for my next car insurance renewal which is with another company.

I have a T5 Transporter, I wanted to make sure I had the perfect cover for my van. Howdens were recommended so I called and spoke with Jack Pratley. He walked me through the process and made everything simple and easy to understand. A few pertinent questions and then just had to wait for a few minutes for the underwriters to make an offer.
I got everything I needed to cover me for a years worth of fun ahead. I would heartily recommend Jack and Howdens a great experience and company.
