I visited Howdens in Epsom and they immediately set me up with a new policy with no stress. Iam 78 yrs old and could have done without the stress. Thank you Howdens.

Knowledgeable, approachable staff patiently answered our questions and waited for decisions to be made, while we were reminded that we were under no pressure. Explanations about the terminology and options were clear and we were assured that we could pay the premium when convienient to us rather than on the spot. The surroundings were comfortable. I would whole heartedly recommend a visit to a Howdens branch rather than depend upon a telephone or on-line consultation elsewhere.
