Cannot praise enough! - I was transferred over to A-Plan automatically from the S.I.B when they closed down and I then experienced a problem with a breakdown company attempting to charge me even though I had paid for coverage previously - before the company was absorbed by A-Plan. The experience of attempting to deal with the breakdown company was very stressful for me and I turned to A-Plan for help. Ed Harris and the team in the Guildford branch have been absolutely fantastic. They told me not to worry and that they would take it on for me and they really fought my corner, relieved my stress and have been brilliant. They listened to my problem, made the communication feel personal and friendly, put me at ease and ultimately were paramount in my receiving an apology letter from the breakdown company. I have only good things to say about them and will without hesitation stay with them in the future.

I have been dealing with the Sheldon branch of A-Plan for many years and their service is 2nd to none. All staff are courteous, professional and well led. Always someone available, excellent documentation. Often recommend this branch to friends and famil.
