We needed to change our car insurance company as it no longer covered our needs. Jack took on board our situation and spent quite some time in managing to come up with an insurer with a suitable Policy. Patient, polite and knowledgeable etc.........all of the things that such an adviser/Company representative should be, but so often isn't! Thanks Jack - Geoff.
