Ask for Laura. She provided exceptional customer service with a lovely telephone manner. Polite, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with all round. She is a great asset to Howdens. Give them a try for your renewal!

MY 5 stars score reflects my overall experience with the end result although within that, there was an unfortunate experience with one of the agents.

Thank you so much to the team and especially to Danny who removed the stickers from my car leaving it in an amazing condition, looking fresh and new. Would highly recommend this buisness if you want rapid friendly customer service and excellent results. Really pleased with how it looks now. Thank you

Really professional outfit, really busy so book up in advance. There is a waiting room so you can watch the whole process as it happens. I took a VW Beetle Cabriolet for a full valet and waterproof . The roof was in poor condition but it came back in absolutely tip top condition.

Amy and the HTB team are excellent, so helpful and responsive to my queries. As a small business owner it's invaluable having accountants I can trust and rely on, and who never make any question feel stupid! I feel the pricing is also reasonable and fair. Sam is also a wonder and helps me no end with navigating VAT and the Sage platform. Would highly recommend HTB to all.

Really easy to deal with and no pressure to purchase. A far better experience than a lot of the other insurance companies I’ve dealt with in the past
