Charlotte Jones from howden insurance went above and beyond to help me get my motorcycle insurance she really did make it an easy process. Vikki Jenkins was also amazing helping me with my car insurance and any queriers. They really make you feel part of the family at howdens and there ain’t anyone else I would rather be insured through. Every member of staff is always so polite and helpful.

When you phone them a person answers the phone quickly. My previous home insurer promised a call back after I had been on the phone for a long period but the call back never happened. As we found them helpful following a car accident which wasn’t our fault and found them reasonably competitive regarding price we decided to change our house insurance as well as both cars.
