This company is fantastic, the staff are very friendly, experienced, but not pushy, like some companies. They are great for me as I prefer face to face contact. I have always got a good deal with them, and they help with any claim. Also they made me a coffee, great.

Following our move back to the UK from Europe trying get a realistic quotes for car insurance from the internet was virtually impossible as was obtaining direct phone numbers.
Then we remembered A-Plan (now Howdon). The service was professional, personally configured for our needs and fully explained including a direct discussion with the Insurer to clarify our situation.

I popped in to see if they could help because I was struggling with online comparison sites. I thought I was being a bit cheeky doing that, but never again will I struggle, just go to Howdens and they do it all for you. Cheaper than the quote from my existing insurer, helpful and u derstanding.. Excellent.
