Went today. Cafe being refurbished do not chaotic, to use a card to had to order your food, get a hand written receipt of what you had, take it into foyer to shop and pay, go back to cafe to prove you’ve paid. Goodness. Big queues as very young servers behind counters were nice but not very fast! Also 60p for a portion of jam served in a tea cup was a bit odd. I would say it was ok.

Lovely Place to visit. Dog friendly, but not inside the centre. The walk is suitable for the elderly as it is flat and a very easy walk with benches to sit on when tired. Lovey to have a meal inside or picnic if you have dogs.

Breakfast dried up and reheated. Overpriced. Toast was barely cooked. More like warm bread. Asked for it to be redone and it came back the same. Fried egg overcooked and rock hard.

Parked here to do a walk. Great facilities. Clean loos and nice cafe. The coffee was fairly average but the service was excellent. A very polite young man served us. We paid £3 to park all day. Did our walk then went back for tea and cake (both lovely).

The discovery centre is lovely. We had breakfast, food was really good. Not dog friendly inside but they did have tables outside plus a large gazebo with tables. Wanted to review the young lad who served us. I would say he was 16yrs old, he was the most polite and helpful young man, with impeccable manners. I cant say enough about this young man, such a breathe of fresh air. Well done 👏 he was so helpful, offering to carry the tray of drinks, nothing was too much.

Beautiful meadows and walks. Lovely cafe with friendly and helpful staff. Best gift shop around and it has a lot of local interest books and maps too. The exhibition is very interesting and has a short video showcasing some gorgeous landscape and places to go see. Well worth a visit.

I've been a Friend for a few years now and I go most weekends with friends for coffee, and occasionally lunch. We have booked most of the dining area for our church Christmas meal for 3 years and booked as early as possible in January for 40 places! and recommend it to all. The staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. We like to be supporting somewhere local, but outside our Ludlow base.

Whatever time of the year you go to the Discovery Center, Craven Arm you will find an opportunity to learn. Be it the museum area, the arts& crafts displays and of course the magnificent grounds.
While visiting, the cafe is there for a sip or a meal. ENJOY
