We’ve been so grateful for the care provided by this company over the past two years. They looked after both my grandmother and grandfather separately, in their own homes, and the quality of support was outstanding in both cases.
The carers were consistently kind, patient, and professional. They took time to understand each grandparent’s routines, preferences, and little quirks—right down to how Grandma likes her tea and how Grandad wants his newspaper folded. The continuity of the same regular carers made a huge difference; both felt genuinely cared for rather than just “looked after.”
Communication with the office was brilliant—always prompt, clear updates, and flexible when we needed to adjust times or add extra visits. They also worked seamlessly with district nurses and the GP when needed.
Thanks to their compassionate and reliable support, both grandparents were able to stay safe and comfortable at home much longer than we ever expected. Couldn’t recommend this care company more highly—true 5-star service.

In January 2026, Pauline Weeks said about Abbey Veterinary Centre
Staff are so kind , caring and compasionate. Just before Christmas our dog could not stand we were supposed to be taking him to a veterenary hospital in Chester but couldnt lift him as he was in pain. Abbey vets sent 2 nurses to give him stronger pain injection and help us get him in the car.
They also followed his notes the hospital put online to see how Flye was doing. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done for our boy.
