It was obvious from the start that these people knew how to give good service. Over the phone I was taken through the process step by step and given expert advice on the best insurance cover for my unique micro camper van. I was very happy with the price I was quoted and I have already thanked them for their attention to detail and courtesy Thank you Howden.

I received my renewal email, unfortunately due to being offshore I was unable to access the app. I contacted the office by phone and asked for an email copy. This was sorted out quickly I received it within 20 mins.

Jake sorted my quote out on 3 separate occasions with me adjusting and adding to the policy, he couldn't have been any quicker, more helpful our understanding if he tried. A pleasure to deal with
