I was able to speak to someone not just work with AI, or on an App. The person was pleasant and helpful, He did not offer a hard sell to get me to unnecessarily increase my cover. The only drawback was that I was asked to download the documents myself which was a big task for my printer, but I was sent the essential documents by post although the print was a bit small for me. Price had gone down! I was reminded in good time it was time ro renew

A recent phone call from Eastleigh office gave a car insurance quote.The attitude was both condescending and poor listening skills from the operator.
Visited the local shop (Harrogate) who were very helpful and found a competitive quote.
Decided to take the policy out as I had with house insurance a few months ago.
I did report to the shop the attitude of the operator from Eastleigh.

Lisa was excellent, she listened well & dealt with my various queries patiently . She took her time explaining everything in an easy to understand manner as I have anxiety & sometimes panic when faced with too many facts. I never felt hurried & am confident that if I need to ask further questions she would be equally brilliant. I very much appreciated the way she handled my phone call.
