I dropped it off a day earlier as going away and they opened Saturday morning so I could collect.I'm really happy with what they have done, excellent finish and looking brand new. Fantastic experience with Heritage Stone Flooring Company from start to finish. We originally had a different tile in mind, but after discussing our home environment with high foot traffic and dogs, we were given honest advice and guided towards a more suitable option. Really appreciated the knowledge and professionalism.
There was an unexpected issue once old flooring was removed but the problem was dealt with swiftly by the fitters on their arrival.
The communication throughout was excellent, the quality of the flooring is superb, and the finished result looks amazing while still being practical for everyday life. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them.
