I rang to get a quote for van insurance for my husband as the quote with his original insurance company was quite high. I spoke to Elliott at the Salisbury branch & he was very helpful. Not only did I get a much better quote Elliott was very friendly and efficient which is what I look for when looking for any kind of quote that’s needed.

These days I don't relish dealing with insurance companies and the like. I deal with most things, as we all do, online wherever possible but sometimes, questions can't be answered by anything other than a human being and it can be time consuming to get to the right place for answers. It was so refreshing to deal with Howden Insurance and I didn't expect the service I received. I contacted them by phone which was promptly answered. I discussed my needs with two very knowledgeable representatives. It was all so reassuring, helpful and competitively priced and I have the further reassurance of being able to speak to the same people in the event of any issues. I highly recommend Howden Insurance.
