Prices where lower with online insurance by around £60.. but your excellent advisor's and the ability to speak on the phone directly was easily the best part of your service..... please please retain your excellent staff and do your best to enable them to quote very closely with online quotes....

Friendly and efficient service. Achieved a better cost for Insurance. Understood fully what was wanted. Happy to be dealt with locally at our local branch now too, I see this as a better service as workers know the local area and the office local could be convenient should we need it in the future.
Documents were sent to email immediately too. Great service and Thank you Howdens you can look at potentially quoting for other Insurances when they become due. It would be great to have all our Insurances under one Company to make life easier in this busy world life we live in. Would recommend to others as we have been with Howdens for a while a few years now and nothing is too much trouble.
