A knowledgeable and helpful advisor with whom I was able to discuss insurance in person; not on the phone or a computer. My business was moved back to Howden because his diligence enabled a very satisfactory outcome. I cannot give date of experience correctly (the next question) as I need to put two dates. As I’ve stated dealing with a computer is often unsatisfactory.

Staff who knew what I wanted as soon as I walked in the shop. I wasn't pushed into buying anything else, I was given a quote which was lower than I anticipated ,
The clerk knew his business and I left without delay
