SST supplied us with excellent alarm and CCTV systems. The installations were carried very efficiently with much of the external work being done in the teeth of Storm Darragh. After the installation was completed SST ensured that our home was left clean and tidy. They also ensured that we were fully briefed on how the systems were to be operated. SST provided us with first rate service and we highly recommend them.

Gary fitted our alarm system 10 years ago. As we live some distance away, when we needed to change the battery, Gary talked us through the process over the phone. There was a problem with one of the contacts. We met Gary half way BTW his office & our home to get the spare part needed. Then we just followed his instructions to fit it. He was really busy but found the time for us. All is working fine and Gary's response was first class. Thankyou.

Our son was placed with us through an IFA but was placed with them by Shropshire Council.
3 years down the line, our agency decided to give notice on our son with immediate effect, which devastated us. To be able to get him back home, I asked Shropshire Fostering whether I could move over to them. They bent over backwards to help us get our boy back and to get us approved ASAP.
He was back with us within 16 days because they pushed for temporary approval .
The assigned SW who got us ready for Panel was absolutely wonderful, and we are still in touch now. I have got the most supportive SSW, and our son's SW is a very dedicated young woman who will go the extra mile every time.
Although we live nowhere near Shropshire, we are extremely well supported, and I can quite honestly say that it was the BEST decision we made to follow our hearts and to join Shropshire Fostering.

I contacted Paul on Friday as I was picking up keys for house on Monday and we wanted locks changed. Paul was able to assist and changed 4 uPVC locks and also garage lock and checked we had all the right keys for the locking windows. He was efficient, polite and quick to complete work. I would certainly use his services again.
