Very personable staff (more than one involved). The person dealing with me knew that it was a slightly non-mainstream in surance issue and took the trouble to find the best solution. A wonderful historic farm, fantastic on site cafe and all volunteers incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on their crafts- our 3 year old even got to spin his own yarn! Recommended for anybody with an interest in historic farming, Victorian lifestyle and lovely surrounding scenery.
