Very reassuring and convenient to have a high street branch and see the same staff there when we have gone to get quotations as insurances held elsewhere have come up for renewal. Always given very competitive prices and helpful, knowledgeable and friendly service. When I have phoned for a quotation it’s good to know the person to whom I’m speaking.

How lovely to converse with a real person, no stupid bots or click 50 boxes, open an account, create a password, put in the code from the text received.,,, Thank you for making insuring my old car easy. I had no idea that keeping my old car for occasional use would be so time consuming ion the much quoted “so much quicker/easier on line” NO IT’s NOT !!!
