Felt backed into a corner and overcharged when taking out insurance for a new car I bought. I needed the insurance to start from the same day I phoned as I was picking new car up from dealer not long after (on same day). Still waiting on paper copy of these documents being sent to me for the insurance for the new car, which I requested at the time. Also on same day I asked for insurance to expire midnight for car I traded in and no longer have, only to have a missed call this afternoon with voicemail asking if it should still be cancelled!!
