Laurie was exceptionally helpful explaining lots of details that I may not have thought about. She conducted the transaction in a friendly and knowledgable way and with a little humour. Paying out money is not normally an enjoyable occasion but Laurie carried out the transaction in an efficient and seamless fashion.

Polite, knowledgeable, rang me when she said she would and provided all necessary documentation within an hour of our conversation.
The premium was also very good when compared to other companies on the market.
We now arrange our car, motorhome and house insurances through them, so they must be doing something right!
