There was absolutely no pressure from Dave throughout the process—he let me test drive the car twice and even offered a third if I needed it. The car was well presented on the forecourt, which stood out compared to others I’d seen during my search. I was able to take the car home the same day, and they even delivered it to my address so I could return my old vehicle. Since there wasn’t time for a full valet before collection, they provided a voucher for me to have it done at my convenience. They also agreed to take care of a couple of minor bodywork issues, which have already been booked in.
They come across as a genuine garage, and the customer service has been spot on so far.

Would highly recommend buying a used.car from Dale House Motors. Dave couldn’t have done more. It’s such a big step buying a used car these days especially as a woman on her own but I felt very comfortable with the whole process and I’m very happy with the car I bought.

Jon and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure my back is looked after.
My back had been troublesome constantly until I found Jon.
I would not have believed the difference - from almost walking with a stick to carrying out a normal active life.
Jon takes time to explain things fully and is always willing to listen when prescribing his treatment plan.
Jon gets most of patients by personal recommendation - and after meeting Jon it is easy to see why !!!!
