What an amazing company! Angus and Serena went out of their way to ensure everything worked so well for this project.
We had been "scammed" by a company for some slate flooring so we took a trip to see the stone flooring and met Angus who made our day.
We had only just found the Heritage Stone Company and wanted to see what they could supply. Such beautiful flooring which is now in our kitchen and front hallway. I can't even begin to recommend this company enough.
Angus worked out exactly what we needed and arranged delivery to the door.
In case you're wondering - these stones are heavy!
It took 2 of us around a week to lay the flooring and colour fix and seal it prior to fitting the new kitchen.
It's not cheap and it is made to last, it's proper stone and 20mm thick so does need careful handling.
The disc cutter I used as sparingly as possible in order to have as much of the beauty on show without cuts.
I am absolutely delighted and if you want to have a stone floor then contact HSC and Angus before looking elsewhere.

Over an 18 month period the brilliant Angus and his team were so very helpful with our rebuild. Initially we were just looking at tiles for our two bathrooms. In the end we used them throughout - our kitchen, hall, boot room and last but not least the garden.
Angus was always at the other end of the phone - even one particularly late night when I did a complete u turn on the kitchen!! They kept everything within budget and the whole team were so positive and professional.

My company Shropshire stone and Granite has collaborated on dozens of projects over many years with the Heritage Stone Company. We supply traditional masonry but do not have an in house fitting team, and have turned to Angus and his team at HSC as our fitters of choice time and again. We have never had cause for complaint, indeed compliments on timeliness, cleanliness and workmanship are very much the norm. Whilst no job is too small, the majority of our work is either large scale landscaping on very high profile projects or historically important heritage projects nationwide. In all cases Heritage Stone have been impeccable in everything they do.

Unfortunately it's true that for the first time in 15 years and over 3000 clients we had to remove our installation team off site. This is the last thing we would wish to do but was after multiple requests for back dated payments that should have been made. The implication that a 40% deposit had been paid is blatantly untrue. What had occurred is a separate invoice for bespoke cut York Stone had been raised, supplied and paid for and the clients then in some way counted this as a deposit towards the separate installation invoice. This was never the case and was not the contract. The 26 pallets of York Stone were delivered on time and on budget. The installation team started on the agreed start date. All of the invoices were raised clearly, with clear payment terms. The client was offered the opportunity to return the 2 damaged slabs (out of over 300 supplied) and swop them over. I hope that balanced individuals will read all of our customer reviews and make their own mature judgment

Total pleasure dealing with Angus. Was sent a couple of free samples (in eco-packaging). Excellent quality tiles. Had seen them cheaper elsewhere; Angus bettered their price, and best of all is happy to store them for me for several months (!!!!) as my project has been delayed, and I have no room for them now, but wanted to get the sale price. Honestly, service does not get any better than this.

I cannot praise Heritage Stone enough. Rarely do you get what it says on the package but with this Company you do.
From the initial visit to the completed kitchen I experienced nothing but excellence. Angus was knowledgable, polite and super efficient and instilled confidence that one would get a superior product. He was right.. Every step of the project was delivered exactly as promised.

We are really pleased with the advice, the product and the laying of our new floor. The quality of the tiles makes such a difference compared with the poor quality of tiles that were laid by the builder. Heritage stone were responsive and helpful throughout and Dave and Angus were a life savers in responding to us suddenly being without a floor just before Christmas. So we had Christmas with a great new floor instead of dusty concrete! I can't thank you both enough!
