Would highly recommend this company. They came and fitted a parquet flooring for me and it wasn’t a straight forward job. They remained professional throughout and went above and beyond my expectations. The lads Brian and Martin worked as a great team, were very tidy workers and also very punctual. I had initial dealings with Errol when he came to measure and quote and I knew from that moment this company had high standards and it was the company for me. The job took 4 days as promised even though it was not straight forward. The team stayed late to complete on the last day. Very happy.

Thrilled with the finished rooms. Both rooms look so much better and the installation went more smoothly than I could have hoped! The rooms were started when promised and completed ahead of time. The fitters -Jeff in particular, were professional, tidy and very experienced. Jo back at the office coordinated everything and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we now have two lovely rooms.

Errol runs a fantastic company. Pride themselves on excellent customer care and a professional job. We are delighted with our new and restored floor. It looks as good as new again and it’s over 40 years old. Brian Errol and another colleague completed the job ( sorry I don’t know your name ) The finish is perfect and they were all knowledgeable efficient and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Ourselves and our neighbours have used them and delighted with results. Jo on admin also great. Good email communication and able to work round dates we could do. Thank you.

Absolutely love my floor, it was completed within the time stated, superb workmanship from the fitters. Very helpful and would highly recommend.

The work was completed to a very high standard. Costing was spot on, no hidden extras to original quote. Team was on time each day as agreed extremely pleased with the quality and service.

The floor is beautiful but unfortunately the finishing and making good is not. This is the second time I have used them, and the first time I was a bit disappointed but as it was tenanted, I decided not to make a fuss. The second time was my own home, and despite asking for help with the many issues including the varnishing of the floor and fitting of the skirting board, I was offered no real help or support. After taking advice, I just paid the bill and got someone else in to make good. I did have an oak floor job for them at another tenanted property, but I have given it to someone else.
