Gary came and surveyed our house promptly and recommended an alarm system for our needs which were insurance related. He did not try and upsell but supplied the perfect system we required. He came to install it promptly and on time leaving everything in good order. I cannot recommend highly enough and excellent value for money.

I recently had Gary from Sentinel Security Shrewsbury(SST) upgrade my old wired intruder alarm system to a modern, up-to-date system with Wi-Fi connectivity, app access, and key fobs. I must say, I have been extremely impressed with Gary’s professionalism from the very first discussion right through to the completion of the job.
Gary carried out the work to an excellent standard and at a very competitive price. He was thorough in every aspect of the installation, including the removal of the old system, installation of the new alarm, completing all decorative work, and leaving the area spotless by removing all dirt and dust created during the process.

Gary fitted our alarm system 10 years ago. As we live some distance away, when we needed to change the battery, Gary talked us through the process over the phone. There was a problem with one of the contacts. We met Gary half way BTW his office & our home to get the spare part needed. Then we just followed his instructions to fit it. He was really busy but found the time for us. All is working fine and Gary's response was first class. Thankyou.

SST supplied us with excellent alarm and CCTV systems. The installations were carried very efficiently with much of the external work being done in the teeth of Storm Darragh. After the installation was completed SST ensured that our home was left clean and tidy. They also ensured that we were fully briefed on how the systems were to be operated. SST provided us with first rate service and we highly recommend them.

Had the intruder alarm system for over 12 years now. The system was serviced and fully tested today and a new battery fitted. Gary Huntbach, technician, was so helpful, obviously very knowledgeable, capable and very pleasant to deal with. A credit to the company, an excellent representative for them and I would recommend unreservedly.

Our regular alarm company let us down. I called Sentinel and Gary was with us within 30 minutes. Problem solved just 15 minutes later. He returned the following day to complete a service of the whole system and complete paperwork for an annual maintenance contract.

We cannot speak highly enough of Gary and the service that he provided to us when our burglar alarm went off unexpectedly in the middle of the night recently. Very, very impressed with Gary, had a problem with our alarm system overheating and gave Gary a call, it was 10.30pm on a Tuesday evening and he came straight out to look at the problem. We needed the battery replacing and he did that and told us to keep an eye on the system and give him a call back if it happened again. Excellent service, well done Gary!

absolutely fantastic service phoned up because my alarm had a fault I was talked through the settings over the phone but the fault wouldn't clear so within a few hours an engineer was there and sorted within minutes telephone support and physical support second to non cant recommend these guys enough

He called the same day and solved the problem in less than 30 minutes; a wireless sensor had been fitted in an inappropriate location by the previous company. I was more than delighted. Since contacting SST, I have met only kindness, understanding and a willingness to provide a first class service; all the attributes the previous company lacked. This is a great company that deserve your business; try them, you won't be disappointed.
