Had the intruder alarm system for over 12 years now. The system was serviced and fully tested today and a new battery fitted. Gary Huntbach, technician, was so helpful, obviously very knowledgeable, capable and very pleasant to deal with. A credit to the company, an excellent representative for them and I would recommend unreservedly.

Our regular alarm company let us down. I called Sentinel and Gary was with us within 30 minutes. Problem solved just 15 minutes later. He returned the following day to complete a service of the whole system and complete paperwork for an annual maintenance contract.

We cannot speak highly enough of Gary and the service that he provided to us when our burglar alarm went off unexpectedly in the middle of the night recently. He was with us extremely promptly and resolved the issue immediately at a very fair cost. He also gave us sound advice on our smoke alarms. We have no hesitation in recommending him as the first port of call for any similar issues in North Shropshire.

Very, very impressed with Gary, had a problem with our alarm system overheating and gave Gary a call, it was 10.30pm on a Tuesday evening and he came straight out to look at the problem. We needed the battery replacing and he did that and told us to keep an eye on the system and give him a call back if it happened again. Excellent service, well done Gary!

absolutely fantastic service phoned up because my alarm had a fault I was talked through the settings over the phone but the fault wouldn't clear so within a few hours an engineer was there and sorted within minutes telephone support and physical support second to non cant recommend these guys enough

Having been ripped off and humiliated last year by a large Shrewsbury security company I vowed never to use them again. I asked a good friend for a recommendation and was encouraged to call SST as I had a developing problem with my domestic alarm and also needed to establish an annual servicing contract.
I phoned SST, left a message and was quickly contacted by Gary, a company director. I explained the situation and asked him to either fix the problem or rip the system out. He called the same day and solved the problem in less than 30 minutes; a wireless sensor had been fitted in an inappropriate location by the previous company. I was more than delighted. Since contacting SST, I have met only kindness, understanding and a willingness to provide a first class service; all the attributes the previous company lacked. This is a great company that deserve your business; try them, you won't be disappointed.

We recently moved into our new house and the security system was not working. We rang Gary after seeing good reviews on Google. These good reviews were fully justified. Gary came to fit a new eight sensor alarm system. The installation was completed over two days despite the rain. I was impressed with the tidiness and clean working. Gary completed a very tidy job by taking the time to instruct me about operation and left only when he was sure that everything worked. A top job! - Gareth C, Trefeglwys, Powys.

Gary called the following day, analysed the whole system and made a number of important alterations to get the system running well.
Gary was professional throughout and my wife and I were so impressed that we’ve abandoned the original installation company and are taking out a service contract with SST.
Based on yesterday’s visit I can’t praise the company enough. Try them, you’ll feel the same I assure you.

Excellent friendly service. Gary explained everything to us and offered very sound advice. There was no hard sales talk and left it entirely up to us if we wanted them to do the work, no pressure what so ever. When Gary came to do the work on two separate orders, nothing was too much trouble, and he would not finish until he was completely satisfied and ensured that we were as well.
