OMG, this retailer of Caravans, Motorhomes and associated Accessories is a cut above the rest of the market. OK they are at the top end pricewise, but the units are very well presented, and all appear to have been cared for by previous owners. Even in the older vehicles there was very little sign of wear and tear. Everything was unlocked and ready for viewing with or without help from the get go.

Servicing and habitation checks are done here too. They have an extensive storage area, and allow camping on site as well. A good Cafe and a reasonable parts and accessories section rounds this off perfectly.

The staff are excellent, very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.. Some of the 2nd hand vehicles do seem quite expensive, certainly they specialise in units from £15k, but there was a sprinkling of choices at or just below. If you have the budget, this is the retailer who will suit you the most.

Big showroom and large outside area. Sells caravans, statics and motorhomes (could do with more motorhomes). Also has a garden centre and cafe. Good day out.

Delicious food. This is the seconf tome we have visited the cafe and were not disappointed. We each had a jacket potato and a drink. I had a hot chocolate and it was delicious. The jacket potatoes were cooked beautifully and everything tasted very fresh.

We've also got a cake to take home. We will certainly be coming again and would recommend to others.

A dreaded flat battery on the caravan stopped us the morning we set off for our holidays.
A quick phone call and drive to the Salop accessories shop, where hero of the day - Owain - got us sorted and on our way to our holiday destination in no time. Very many thanks.

Returning customer, Our one to go to shop, tried a local caravan delear, and was amazed by how bad their standards were. So returned to Salop leisure. George is wonderful and very knowledgeable, always helpful and goes out of his way to help. Well worth the extra travel.

Must say we had a wonderful deal on caravan, which was sold to us by a likeable and very helpful salesman. However, we've had two issues since which reminded me of why we've not bought any of our six caravans from this company in the past. The after sales department don't have same degree of helpfulness and have been quite arrogant in dealing with our problems. On initial contact it was quickly pointed out to us in both issues that we signed a PDI contract and therefore if any part is missing or not working then it is our problem. No helpful discussion or explanation was forthcoming. Problems have been resolved but we feel they could have been handled in a much better way. We didn't have copy of PDI report to hand when we made contact about issues, apparently it's not procedure to give one to customer, even though you are signing a document that the after sales person takes great pleasure in quoting! Customers should have copies so take note if you are making a purchase, also I hope you are offered a drink which is one of the first items of the PDI tick box sheet. We didn't get one!

Chocolate fudge cake was yummy, there were quite a few cakes to choose from. Hubby liked his hot pork sausage roll with blue cheese and onion, he would have it again. We both thought our chai lattes had minimal cinnamon but were nice and creamy and frothy. Very busy, very lucky to get 2 seats, handy for a break after looking at motor homes as it is at the front of the Salop Leisure building.

Four stars because they did not have the pipe we needed for our motorhome but 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️to the very helpful staff who went above and beyond.
