As I am not into camping and caravan insurance but I do go to their cafe for a breakfast or just a coffee which I always enjoy. Sorry that this is not an all round review but i can only comment on my own experience.

Extremely grateful to the service engineer who refitted our motorhome bathroom window for us today. Forgot to close it before setting off and an HGV passed us and sucked it off. (The draught created also pushed the bathroom door open and broke the catch!) Thankfully the window was still hanging on by it's closer and not damaged but we just couldn't get it back on the van. Googled caravan repairers near by and this company came up. Read their 'about us' section and they sounded really helpful and friendly. But, would they live up to their name? They did!! Fixed it for us and now it's as good as new. Bought a few bits from the parts shop and had lunch at the cafe which was excellent. Turned into a really lovely experience. If everyone gets the same level of care and attention we received today then I can highly recommend this company.

Slow service, boards out advertising food which we were then told was not available. Was suggested to us that we went elsewhere if we wanted anything savoury! Some staff just standing around one girl took 20 mins to brush up a few crumbs off the floor around the table in front of us. Did not seem to be anyone in charge and we were felt to be a bit of an annoyance. It was an hour and a quarter before closing.
Not a good experience after spending a lot of money buying a caravan. We ended up with a nondescript cake and a cup of tea

Very pleasant and congenial and coffee and scone just right.
Enjoyed coffee and scone again today. The scone was even nicer than I remembered it to be. Along with a second cup of coffee which is all inclusive. M

Great service from the staff, good layout if limited with stock of motorhomes which is understandable in the current market.

Top marks for Sally on service desk,I bought a wheel spat .Sally told me the do's and don'ts materials and adhesive to use simply excellent service. So Sally it's fitted you would be proud !!
See Photo🙂
So why only 4 stars, everyone is attentive and courteous ,but why do some salesmen think they can sell anything without real knowledge.
Problem a technical question on the Alde heating/ water heating system and the power sharing feature, he was simply puzzled
So I researched on line and as I expected the answer is simple and on YouTube.

What do you need? Purchase anything from a caravan, motorhome, storage, coffee, scones, plants all of your camping needs and once you have finished camping you can store it there. Its got everything. And they have there own camp site next door so you can have a practice run before hitting the road. Cheers Jeff. Oh the staff are great and friendly

Super range and quality of spares and accessories for all forms of camping. Can't comment on new caravans and motor homes as way out of my price range, that said I was impressed by their stock if only to look and lust after!!

Amazing knowledgeable caravan dealership
We have used Salop Leisure since starting our caravanning journey. Our first 3 caravans were purchased from Salop. The sales and service department are second to none in fact, the only reason that our present caravan was not from them was due to the fact that they do not stock Elddis caravans. Even then they attempted to source the caravan for us.
Any warranty issues are sorted quickly and professional to a high standard and at a time that suits ourselves.
We are at present awaiting our 4th caravan from Salop and throughout the purchase George has kept us updated.
We also store our caravan at Salop. We have tried 3 other local storage areas but Salop is by far the best.
The cafe on site is lovely great food and delicious drinks available.
The shop is well stocked and again the staff are very knowledgeable.
Overall the staff are friendly knowledgeable and don’t think twice about going the extra mile to keep customers happy.
