I wanted to leave a review, especially for Beth, who went above and beyond to help me.
When I first got in touch, I have to admit I wasn’t overly impressed with how everything was handled. However, Beth completely turned that around. She took the time to call me back several times, made sure I fully understood the air conditioning unit I was buying, and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed.
Unfortunately, the model I wanted had sold out, and she offered me a similar alternative. I appreciated that, but I really had my heart set on the original one. Beth didn’t just leave it there—she kept looking and somehow managed to find one for me. That level of effort and customer care is very rare these days.
She kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was completely happy from start to finish. Beth is a real credit to Salop Leisure, and if every member of staff provided customer service like she does, the company would have an outstanding reputation.

Well presented caravan showground. Indoor and outdoor displays. Staff on hand if needed. Garden centre on site with a large variety of plants. There is also a coffee lounge with comfortable seating, wide variety of snacks and meals.

Everything was so pricey, staff kept looking at me as if I were a thief, kept approaching me when I was looking at caravans and motorhomes. For comparison, you have two of the same caravan yet they're both priced extremely high and differently when they are the same model with no different features, how is this a bargain?

Wonderful company to purchase from. Bought new caravan and from start to finish..enquiring ,buying, transporting and siteing it and aftersales staff all went smoothly with knowledgeable supportive staff. Nothing too much trouble.

Cafe is a must with huge range of cakes that will take several visits just to try my favourites. It is very popular lunchtime and I'm not surprised as great food at reasonable price.
Reception, shop, service and cafe staff all friendly and helpful.
All on one level with easy wheelchair access AND dog friendly.
Lots of free parking..... and they need it 🥰
