Amber’s advice was invaluable, guiding us in what would work in our new oak extension. She was always on hand to offer advice and help with decisions and provided the ultimate customer service from beginning to end. An absolute joy to work with. I cannot rate this business highly enough! We now have a stunning bespoke kitchen and we couldn't be more happy! The whole process, from the initial discussion with Katrina in their showroom right through to the final installation with Amber and Sam, has been enjoyable and hassle free. The quality of the finished product is superb - all the cupboards are solid wood rather than the wooden doors stuck on MDF carcasses favoured by so many 'high end' kitchen companies. Their granite suppliers are, also, topnotch providing us with some breathtaking worktops.
This is a long established, family business and it shows. Amber and Katrina have nursed us through every step of the process offering gentle suggestions and solutions while fully understanding the look we were seeking to achieve. The finished product is testament to both their attention to detail and the fact that Sam is a highly skilled carpenter who managed to fit pretty much all the units into a fairly sizeable space in one day! Added to this, they are, also, totally delightful people - altogether a 100% positive experience.

The furniture itself is of exceptional quality and incredibly versatile and durable. I absolutely love that it can be painted again if needed as it’s all solid wood.
Sam is also an very talented carpenter and great at finding solutions, if ever there is one.
Not only is the quality of their work amazing, they are lovely people to work with.

After seeing Katrina and Sam's work first hand at a friend's house, we asked if they could make a bespoke bookcase for us. This was no problem and once arrived was fitted in a matter of hours. Absolutely delighted with it and now have the reasons room of our dreams!

Katrina did my kitchen in my first house 20 years ago. I saw the house on Rightmove recently and the kitchen is still there and still looking beautiful. I have a few pieces still which have moved too many times with me and are now in Devon still looking stunning. Best investment made

I've had my kitchen fitted over a couple of years ago and it still looks new today, I don't really do reviews but I was and still so impressed with this company, I had a couple of problems with white goods deliveries, fridge freezer/ washer etc not being the size and make i ordered, Katrina Kitchens did their absolute best to work around and on one occasion change a complete unit as the fridge freezer didn't fit.
They're lovely to work with and nothing is to much bother, they even left it pot of touch up paint which has come in so handy.
I'm just sorry it's taken so long to write this.
I would highly recommend this company.

From design to fitting, we have had the best experience. Amber is a breath of fresh air, full of ideas but listens carefully to the brief. The quality is excellent and superb value for money in my opinion. Fitting was quick and efficient by Sam accompanied by Katrina.

Amber and the team at Katrina Kitchens have done an amazing job on our new kitchen, Amber liaised with our builder and architerct to work together on an extenstion to our Home. Every step of the way we were supported by the team and nothing was too much trouble, I liked the no rush approach and I am glad to admit I lent on Ambers experience quite a bit in our decision making. All the visuals were drawn up promptly, amends were drafted and Amber keyed in with our builder so the fitters were able to install the kitchen as soon as the builders had laid the tiles. The fitting team were nothing short of professional, again nothing was too much and the after service has been prompt and accommodating as the final touches were added. I wanted Katrina Kitchens to do our project because I wanted a solid wood, hand crafted and locally sourced company with personal touch, and they delivered just that. Thank you Amber and guys.

We had an awkward space in an old part of the house, with a completely redesigned layout request and not one part phased Katrina kitchens. Amber and the team made the whole process stress free and achievable and were on hand and accessible for any quick queries or changes that might have cropped up during the building work. We spent time together designing the right items to maximise the storage and workspace needed and their expertise was evident and advice was invaluable. We are delighted with Katrina Kitchen’s, we have an outstanding bespoke solid wood kitchen, in exactly the styles and colours we wanted. It’s stunning and a really light and family friendly space. We can’t recommend this company highly enough and we will look to them for bespoke furniture items in the future.

After thinking for a long time as who to go to for my kitchen and wanting a quality wooden one. From first visit to showroom through to design and installation nothing has been too much trouble for Katrina and Sam. A lovely bespoke quality kitchen. Cannot recommend Katrina, Sam and Amber enough. Will be visiting again in the future for other pieces to add to my home. A visit to the showroom at Prees is highly recommended.

I can't praise this company enough, from design through to installation and after care service we have been delighted. Lots of time was spent on the design and no question was left unanswered. Before production all details were checked and confirmed. Insulation was extremely professional, clean and no request was to much. The team of tradesmen produced a kitchen that we have had fantastic reactions to. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you want a truly beautiful and impressive kitchen this is the company for you.

In terms of price, we were very satisfied and in comparison to other "big name retailers" were more than comparable, especially as the units were all solid wood and custom made to our exact requirements.
We always try and use independent local businesses where possible and would not hesitate in recommending Katrina Kitchens.

Katrina, Amber and Sam are trustworthy, honourable and totally professional. We now have a beautiful, all wood bespoke kitchen which perfectly suits our cottage and looks stunning. We are thrilled with it. Katrina and Amber took great care to ensure that they produced exactly what we wanted with regards to planning, design and details, offering guidance and ideas where needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Sam worked quickly and to a high standard to fit everything perfectly, despite our 'quirky' walls and floor. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality kitchen made out of real wood, at both a realistic and affordable price.
