Amber and the team at Katrina Kitchens have done an amazing job on our new kitchen, Amber liaised with our builder and architerct to work together on an extenstion to our Home. Every step of the way we were supported by the team and nothing was too much trouble, I liked the no rush approach and I am glad to admit I lent on Ambers experience quite a bit in our decision making. All the visuals were drawn up promptly, amends were drafted and Amber keyed in with our builder so the fitters were able to install the kitchen as soon as the builders had laid the tiles. The fitting team were nothing short of professional, again nothing was too much and the after service has been prompt and accommodating as the final touches were added. I wanted Katrina Kitchens to do our project because I wanted a solid wood, hand crafted and locally sourced company with personal touch, and they delivered just that. Thank you Amber and guys.

We had an awkward space in an old part of the house, with a completely redesigned layout request and not one part phased Katrina kitchens. Amber and the team made the whole process stress free and achievable and were on hand and accessible for any quick queries or changes that might have cropped up during the building work. We spent time together designing the right items to maximise the storage and workspace needed and their expertise was evident and advice was invaluable. We are delighted with Katrina Kitchen’s, we have an outstanding bespoke solid wood kitchen, in exactly the styles and colours we wanted. It’s stunning and a really light and family friendly space. We can’t recommend this company highly enough and we will look to them for bespoke furniture items in the future.

After thinking for a long time as who to go to for my kitchen and wanting a quality wooden one. From first visit to showroom through to design and installation nothing has been too much trouble for Katrina and Sam. A lovely bespoke quality kitchen. Cannot recommend Katrina, Sam and Amber enough. Will be visiting again in the future for other pieces to add to my home. A visit to the showroom at Prees is highly recommended.

I can't praise this company enough, from design through to installation and after care service we have been delighted. Lots of time was spent on the design and no question was left unanswered. Before production all details were checked and confirmed. Insulation was extremely professional, clean and no request was to much. The team of tradesmen produced a kitchen that we have had fantastic reactions to. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you want a truly beautiful and impressive kitchen this is the company for you.

Amber Furniture designed and custom made wardrobes for me. The design was excellent with expert advice helping me achieve the best wardrobes for the space. Sam fitted them with superb attention to detail. The service from Amber and Sam from start to finish was brilliant and I recommend them highly.

We cannot fault Katrina kitchens at all. We received a completely bespoke design which we are 100% happy with. Katrina was extremely knowledgeable and had ideas that we had never considered. She was very flexible with her service, especially when it came to us changing our minds about different aspects! The design and installation was very timely and extremely professional. In terms of price, we were very satisfied and in comparison to other "big name retailers" were more than comparable, especially as the units were all solid wood and custom made to our exact requirements. We always try and use independent local businesses where possible and would not hesitate in recommending Katrina Kitchens.

My father needed a bespoke kitchen fitted that would be in character in a 16th century house, and Katrina Kitchens provided an outstanding kitchen, which was fitted to a extremely high standard by Sam. I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. Katrina provides a fully bespoke service at a very competitive price so that I was able to afford exactly what I wanted without the constraint of standard unit sizes. The extra bonus is being able to order matching pieces , in my case a kitchen dresser. There were a couple of glitches after installation, but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would recomment Katrina's Kitchens unreservedly.

We've recently fully renovated our kitchen. The service from Katrina and Amber was first class from the very first meeting. They had great ideas in terms of design, colors, unit configuration etc. and incorporated all of our thoughts as a priority. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic! Fitting was remarkably quick and the workmanship was excellent! Incredibly flexible to any last minute changes and any questions we had were always positively welcomed. We have a beautiful reclaimed pine kitchen with granite tops purchased from a wonderful business! What delightful, honest and truly professional people to work with. Katrina was amazing with her suggestions and design. Sam did a brilliant job with the fitting and Amber was there for any extra needs. All done and fitted to suit us. I can sincerely recommend them.

We purchased a large double larder from Amber about 2 years ago, which was kept in storage until we finished our kitchen renovation about 18 months ago. We had been absolutely delighted with the larder and the service we got from Amber with the purchase was second to none. We had bought lots of items over the years and had always been pleased , hence our last larder purchase. Unfortunately, one of the chrome hinges snapped/broke, about 4 months ago, which was not a problem, as we understand things like this can happen. I initially searched on line for a replacement but couldn’t find one. I phoned the shop for help and after visiting the shop I was given a replacement gun metal hinge to use temporarily as Katrina explained that they didn’t have any chrome hinges in stock. Katrina pointed out to me that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement hinge in the UK from anywhere else as they are the only shop that as has this type of hinge supplied to them. so I was totally reliant on them finding a chrome replacement, else I would have to replace all 8 hinges. Katrina told me that she would call me when she had the replacement hinge. We never received a call as promised but we were not concerned as we knew we could pop in and pick one up if we were near the shop. Yesterday another hinge snapped/broke. We phoned the shop and my wife initially spoke with Katrina, politely explaining the situation but handed the phone to me as she found Katrina’s tone snappy and arrogant. I also received a very rude encounter with Katrina, which I did not let get the better of me. Katrina, said she would check to see if she got one and would call me, which is what she did to inform me that she had found just one chrome hinge. The crux of my dissatisfaction is that near the end of the call, Katrina asked me how how many hinges would I need and mentioned that I most probably would need a few, especially as 2 had now broken. she abruptly asked why would I need more than 1 hinge, if there are no more broken. I said that due 2 hinges already braking in the last 2 years they may be inferior. Well, the response I received was absolutely disgusting. Katrina, said , I suggest that you go and buy new hinges from somewhere else and that she would keep that her hinge to herself the call ended. Our house is full of purchases from over the last 30 years from the shop and we have always had a great buying experience. This after service has flattened me and totally turned my views. So rude and totally unprofessional.

I can't recommend Katrina Kitchens in Prees Green highly enough. Excellent craftsmanship, superb customer care and bacattention to detail. Our new kitchen is everything I wished for and more. The whole process from idea to finished product has been so easy and free of stress - in fact, it has been a joy. I can't wait to get back to cooking! Thank you Katrina for your practical ideas and 'can do' approach. And thank you Sam for your carpentry genius. I think it safe to say we will be coming back to you for other furniture for the rest of the house. I'm delighted!

We've loved working with Katrina and Sam on our new kitchen. Their approach is simple, and enabled us to imagine a new kitchen with all our ideas incorporated - including hidden drawers to improve the line of the cupboard doors, and funky fold-away doors that hide kitchen clutter (toaster, microwave, coffee maker). They were careful to advise us on material choices and design possibilities, but didn't try to make us choose anything we didn't want. During fitting, Sam was a dynamo - he just got on with delivering a superb finish, incorporating any small amends to the design as we went along. Our kitchen wasn't straightforward - it's an old house and there are 'funny bits', and we had our units straddle a step into the dining room area. These were all dealt with either in the pre-build or on-site. We are very pleased to recommend Katrina.

Katrina, Amber and Sam did an excellent job of delivering a first class product which arrived on time and was installed to a very high standard by competent and friendly staff. So far, all our visitors seem to be as delighted as we are and are 'wowed' by the end results. We chose Katrina Kitchens over other proprietary products for the build quality which has more than lived up to our expectations and means that we'll surely be enjoying our kitchen for many years to come.
